Steps to Sell a Contract:
1. Fill out an intent to sell form. You can pick up one in our office or use the links below to print one at home. You can email completed forms to manager@cougarrentals.com or drop them by the office.
2. Contact us when you have found a buyer. We will need their name, the day they are moving in, and any special terms you have agreed upon.
3. Have your buyer fill out a rental application on our website.
4. Once the buyer has been approved we will send them a contract to sign.
5. After they have signed you will also receive a form to sign.
6. The buyer will need to pay their deposit to complete the sale.
Things to Note:
There is an option on the form to pay for advertising. If you choose this option then Stone Properties will advertise and do our best to find a buyer for you. We will also show the apartment to prospective buyers for you if you do not wish to do so yourself. This option does not guarantee that we will find a buyer.
